Sensor Families

The Wireless Range

Every sensor family is available across multiple wireless protocols. Mix and match to suit your site.

Wireless Vibration Sensors

MEMS accelerometers for continuous vibration monitoring on rotating machinery — pumps, motors, fans, gearboxes. Configurable frequency range, alarm thresholds, and sampling rates.

WiFi 2.4GHz

Wireless Inclinometers

High-precision tilt sensors for structural health monitoring of bridges, buildings, retaining walls, slopes, and geotechnical assets. Long-range LoRaWAN models ideal for remote sites.

LoRaWAN WiFi 2.4GHz

Environmental Sensors

Temperature, humidity, and infrared temperature sensors for cleanroom monitoring, cold chain, HVAC, and process environments. Compact IP-rated housings for permanent installation.

LoRaWAN WiFi

Wireless DAQ Nodes

4–20 mA, voltage, and low-voltage wireless nodes that bridge existing wired sensors onto the BeanAir network — no new cable runs, no signal conditioners.

WiFi 2.4GHz

BeanGateway Coordinators

Dedicated gateway hardware for WiFi, LoRaWAN, and 2.4 GHz networks. Industrial DIN-rail and wall-mount options. Ethernet and cellular backhaul. Acts as the bridge to BeanScape.

System Architecture

From Sensor to Dashboard

01

Wireless Sensors

Battery-powered sensor nodes measure vibration, tilt, temperature, and humidity at the asset. Data is transmitted over WiFi, 2.4 GHz mesh, or LoRaWAN depending on site requirements.

WiFi • 2.4GHz • LoRaWAN

02

BeanGateway

The gateway coordinator collects all sensor data from its network and forwards it securely to BeanScape via Ethernet or cellular. One gateway handles up to hundreds of sensor nodes.

Ethernet • 4G cellular • LAN

03

BeanScape

The supervision platform ingests data from all gateways, applies alarm logic, stores historical trends, and presents everything via a web-based dashboard. Accessible from any browser.

Real-time • Alarms • Trends • Export

04

Alerts & Outputs

Configurable alarm thresholds trigger email and SMS notifications. Data exports via REST API, MQTT, or CSV for integration with SCADA, CMMS, and third-party reporting tools.
